PROPER INSURANCE COVERAGE
At NDS we take into account the need to be insured. We see it as a benefit and as a requirement for all of our services.
We have the capacity to be insured for a number of exposures, such as:
- Commercial General Liability insurance to cover third party liability claims, including premises and operations coverage throughout the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, including those by our sub- contractors.
- Also, products and completed operations liability to third parties arising out of our completed work, including those by our sub-contractors. - Liability coverage limits may be negotiated according to the operations to be performed on your behalf.
- Umbrella/Excess Liability Coverage’s in excess of primary limits provided. Again, these may be negotiated as needs arise or according to contractual insurance requirements.
- Commercial Auto Liability Coverage’s to provide for liability arising out of the maintenance, use and ownership of owned, hired, borrowed or non-owned autos.
- Workers Compensation Insurance in accordance with Puerto Rico State Laws and Regulations.
- Pollution Liability Coverage’s as need may arise.
NDS will provide you with certificates of insurance, additional named insured endorsements and we will hold your firm or company harmless in accordance with arrangements and wording.
