Ozone Decontamination Protocol

As the result of a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Building not being able to start up manufacturing procedures due to microbial contamination, on 2004 NDS Environmental Solutions  was commissioned to develop a Decontamination Procedure aggressive enough to eliminate any microbial contamination without leaving any residual chemicals within the surfaces. That year NDS Environmental Solutions developed and executed the first and only Ozone Decontamination Protocol which utilize Ozone in the air as a potent sterilizer and sanitizer against viruses, bacteria, mold, yeast and protozoa.   

This Proprietary Protocol has been utilized since 2004 by a number of  Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plants in Puerto Rico to provide sterilization conditions and microbial elimination in the strictest manufacturing scenarios like Class 100, Class 1,000,Class 10,000, Manufacturing Rooms, Not GMP Areas and Laboratories. Also, NDS Environmental Solutions  Ozone Decontamination Protocol has been used in office areas, day cares, operating rooms, intensive care units and many other areas in which microbial contamination is suspected or has been identified.

It is important to mention that this Proprietary Ozone Decontamination Protocol has been challenged since 2004 by the FDA every time it is executed. To this day, the FDA has validated our Ozone Decontamination Protocol as a good Manufacturing Practice for eliminating Microbial Contamination.

Our Ozone Decontamination Protocol has provided such measurable and consistent result, that some of the world leading  Pharmaceutical Manufacturers operating in Puerto Rico had made our Ozone Decontamination Protocol part of their internal and mandatory microbial decontamination SOP.
